Items in new condition with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (unless marked Final Sale).

To start your free return or exchange, please visit returns.billieofficial.com. All you’ll need is your order number or the email address you checked out with to look up your purchase.

As soon as we process and review your return, we’ll issue your refund immediately. Please allow time for your bank to issue the refund to your account.

Shipping

We offer free 2-day shipping on all orders.

You can expect your package within two business days of placing your order. Please keep in mind that timing excludes weekends and holidays.

We currently only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes because our delivery partner requires a physical address.

Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after it’s been placed. But we’re happy to help you make a return or exchange once you receive your package.

Some Billie styles are made here in Los Angeles, but a majority are manufactured by our partners in China. Our supply chain includes WRAP and Sedex-approved factories, which are regularly audited.
